All ingredients that we use here in our restaurant are: local. We store our restaurant kitchen the same way we store our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of the freshest ingredients we choose ourselves, on the market every morning. In addition to our menu items, we offer any daily specials that are inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we feel. We are always looking for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel around the world that we acknowledge we often bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.
